Design assist, 10 story, 320,000 SF headquarters office and administrative building on CDC’s Chamblee campus. Includes a credit union, kitchen/cafeteria (to support 1,800 people) and conference facility and complete build-out. 25,000 SF data center backed up with (3) 900kva UPS units and campus wide generator plant. Also, included a 2,000 space parking deck and 5,000 SF visitor center. LEED certified gold.
