This project consists of a new, 5-story, 175,000 square foot (12,500 sq. ft. of BSL3 lab space) Laboratory for the National Center for Environmental Health of the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention located at the Chamblee Campus. Each of the 5 lab floors includes an interstitial floor above. Electrical scope includes provide and install all electrical ductbank, distribution and branch circuitry for the building. All electrical gear, lighting and lighting controls, lightning protection system, life safety, security systems, and UPS systems are part of the scope. Preconstruction services were provided. LEED Certified Gold.
