Electrical construction for a new 80,000 square feet data center facility consisting of 16000 square feet of server rooms. The scope included (2) 500mva 15kv utility services, (3) 2.25mw 15kv engine-generators, (6) 750kva UPSs, medium voltage paralleling, substations, and distribution complete to the server branch circuit outlets. All building power, light, fire alarm, security, communications, and grounding were also included. Raceways and building shell systems were provided for (3) future generators and distribution to accommodate a 7000 square feet future server room.
