2.2 Million Square Foot, Design Build, Mixed Use High Rise Facility. One 38 story Hotel / Condo Tower, one 41 story, LEED Certified Silver, Core & Shell Office Building, 12 floors of subterranean and above ground Parking Structure with Ballrooms, Meeting Rooms / Conference Center between the two towers on top of Parking Decks. Work included a full build-out of Hotel Facility, large commercial Kitchen and Restaurant, Conference Center and full build-out of fifty two (52) Residential Condos.
