A LEED certified “GOLD” 18 story core and shell office building. Includes three levels of below street level parking garage. Located at 201 17th Street in the Atlantic Station complex in Atlanta, Georgia. This project started with a conceptual budget with extensive Value Engineering to keep the project within budget. Final change order growth was less than 4%. The work included two 4000A services and bus riser system, a 650KW diesel generator, fire alarm, and blue lights as well as lighting, lighting control.
