Cleveland is an industry leader in BIM (Building Information Modeling) for electrical construction and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) delivery method. Cleveland employs ten (10) full time project engineers, all of whom are well versed in Revit MEP, ACAD, MEP, NavisWorks, and multiple other CAD software products.
All engineers employed by Cleveland have extensive field experience (10 + years). By having field personnel draw all aspects of the electrical scope within the model, their understanding of how projects are built is invaluable during the modeling process, and is of paramount importance when participating in an IPD effort.
Cleveland has completed (or is currently involved with) over 20 BIM projects to date. When participating in a BIM project, our engineers will incorporate the electrical design into a full 3D Building Model, while coordinating constructability issues and design issues with all other trades.
